Aerobic Fitness & Calorie Burning Classes

Circuits: A challenging, station based session without the pressure of keeping up with others. your stations will be broken up with cardio and functional intervals!

Aqua Fit: Exercise to music in this water based class. Great for all abilities and people recovering from joint related problems.

Body Attack: A high energy interval training class combining athletic aerobic movements with strength & stabalisation exercises. Burn calories, raise the heart rate and tone up!

Synrgy: The best way to increase strength & fitness! A gym based circuit class around our very own gym 'playground.' Use a variety of equipment to build functional fitness!

Indoor Cycling: Let the music be your tour guide in this invigorating indoor cycling class. Use static bikes to explore different terrains. Spinning is suitable for all levels of fitness, you really can go at your own speed.


Classes to Condition & Tone


BODYSTEP: BODYSTEP™ is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. 

Body Pump: The original weights class. This class will push you to the limit everytime, burning serious calories and building bone density!

Body Conditioning: A general shaping up session that uses light hand weights to help tone the whole body. Excellent class which is easy to follow!

Legs Bums Tums:A class designed to tone and shape the areas we all want to improve. This class will include toning exercises, floor work and some cardio.

Barre:  Is a modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday.


Classes to Relax, Expand & Re-energise

Yoga: Develop your flexibility, strength and stamina through the practice asanas (poses) which helps bring body and mind into balance.

Body Balance: Lengthen & strengthen with this beautiful combination of Yoga, Pilates and Tai-Chi. It builds flexibility & strength leaving you centered and calm.

Pilates: Developed by Joseph Pilates, work through all planes of movements strengthening your core muscles and improving your posture.


Dance Classes

Zumba: Dance based, fun class for everyone. Find your inner dancer and build a sweat! Infectious music makes the time fly by.

Dance: Move your feet and shake those hips to the beats of South America! A calorie burning workout that will get you moving, dancing and smiling!

For all participants with no previous experience required.

This is a course and is not including in the Gold membership.

This course will develop flexibility, strength & stamina throught the practice asanas which bring body and mind into balance. The course is run by Meg, an extremely experienced IYENGAR yoga practioner, Meg has been with us at Kings Fitness & Leisure for over 20 years.
